what does lcm in lcm/day mean in geology?

Do you mean one centimetre per day? If so, I would imagine that you are referring to seafloor spread, ground shift during an earthquake, or new land formation due to volcanic eruptions.. Although that is a huge amount of movement in one day for geologic activities. Can you be more specific?
