Is this to wear or for personal reasons? They do have sex shops for personal reasons or online stores. If you want your own big boobies, I suggest buying gel or water bras, or push up bras. Helped me until I gained some weight. They get bigger if you are pregnant or gain some weight.

Confused, you may want to try a web search for crossdressing help, judging by the other questions you've asked. You could probably find many how-to's and more empathy at sites like that.
If you're looking for something to give you a female form, try a molded cup bra, or enhancers. They help give us girls added curves when we want them. I don't see why it ould not work for you. You can always pad the bra with tissues or socks or something that would hold their shape.
I hope you find something that helps you become less confused.

i dont know what you want. you want to make yourself look bigger? or... what... you're making a dummy and would like it to have realistic fake breasts?
well, if what you wanted was to look a few sizes bigger, you can go to a plastic surgeon to get breast implants. one important note is that remember to massage your breast after the surgery. it's gonna hurt like hell but it'll make ur implants softer and feel more natural.
otherwise, just get those gel pads and stuff it into your bra.

well first you would need to make a mole,, the from their you nee enought rubber to melt down to pour in to the mole,

Go to a plastic surgeon...or stuff your bra....either way they look bigger.
