They go forward on Sunday March 25th so in otherwords we lose an hour the night/morning of Saturday March 24th and Sunday March 25th. I can't wait for the clocks to go forward, bring on the summer nights!!!

Always on the last Sunday in March - 1am GMT changes to 2am BST.
The date the clocks change can change as the date requires Royal Assent every year. However, the Queen has always approved this Sunday as the start of British Summer Time.
