Sounds like your diet is lowering your testosterone level. And lower testosterone levels will reduce your libido.

This is what I looked up.

Essential fats such as the omega 3 fatty acids found in fish and flaxseed as well as saturated fats are essential for normal testosterone production. All steroid hormones are produced from cholesterol and when fats are deficient in the diet, this process will be inhibited.

Studies clearly indicate that low fat diets results in lower testosterone levels while those higher in protein, lower in carbohydrate and moderate in fat cause the greatest sustained levels of testosterone and growth hormone.

I would suggest adding fish high in omega 3 like salmon into your diet, or add fish oil pills or flax see oil pills. Also there are organic eggs with omega 3 in them that you can use to supplement your diet.

You may want to include an essential fatty acid supplement in your diet. Rememeber that some fats provide the raw materials for hormone production. When you knock things out of balance, you may either be depriving yourself of essential building blocks for life, or at least you've put things off balance enough that your body just needs time to adjust.

Are you also concerned about self image or depressed with the diet? These can play major roles in your libido. A daily multivitamin can help with nutritional supplementation.
