I am a Realtor. To be honest this question is probably best answered by a seasoned Real Estate Agent. If you are not familiar with the area, the internet can set you up. The picture is beautiful, but the neighborhood is crap. If you know a Realtor in the area, It would probably be best to ask them. If you have someone you trust in the area, ask them about a Realtor. There are many in the area, if you need help,
