No. I have never heard of a transgendered individual getting pregnant. I guess the best bet is to go with adoption or a surrogate.

I'm not sure that technology has gotten that far yet. The closest thing to a transplant that I've seen is the ovary transplant that was done on identical twin sisters. One went through menopause at an early age so her sister gave her one of her ovaries. That's as far as I know that its gotten.
