I'm sure you'll be fine try not to worry to much, i know its easier said than done, but it won't help, I'm sure after you've had your first scan, when you see your little baby moving about and when you feel the first kick, you'll feel much better...anyway hope everything works out..congratulations and good luck

i miscarried feb 23 06....in june i found out i was pregnant again and i worried myself with having another miscarriage.....i really never even acknowledged that i was pregnant until i had my 20 week ultrasound....the last 2 months of my pregnancy were really rough...but i gave birth to a 7lb 9 oz baby boy on feb 10 after 39 weeks of pregnancy. the only regret i have is that i didnt really enjoy the positive aspects of the first half of my pregnancy.....i feel now like i robbed myself of the joy you have as an expectant mother and since this is my last baby ill never get that chance again. just remember whats going to happen will happen....stress will up your chances of a miscarriage though, so try not to worry too much

I am 7weeks pregnant tommorrow, I had a miscarriage in January so I know how you are feeling and what you have been through. I have pains all the time like really bad period pains and I think its just my womb stretching and growing, thats what I have been told anyway. Maybe thats all it is. I hope everything goes well for you.

Good luck

What does your OB say? I miscarried my first and went on to have a perfectly healthy daughter. One thing that eased my mind was that my heath insurance had a 24-hour nurse call-in line. Do you have anything similar? It was very reasurring to be able to speak with a nurse over the phone any time anything worried me.

Hey, it's always a possiblity, but if you dwell on it, it will drive you crazy. You need to take it as it comes, and try to stay positive. You won't be doing your baby any good worrying, think of it that way.

You had an awful experience and of course you're afraid it will happen again. Just keep in close contact with your doctor and tell her everything you're feeling. I wish you all the best.
