Just lay off it for a few days mate. You can't need a spliff that desperately to hurt your chest a bit more than necessary.
Just let your bod recover a bit before hittnin' the weed.

I don't think so. I have smoked marijuana when I had flu and it didn't noticeably slow my recovery.

Smoking anything will hurt your lungs. Right now they are battling sickness and smoking will make it harder on them.

Probably, but that has never stopped me before. At least if you are stoned it makes it alot easier to put up with being sick.

it never has with me. usually makes me feel better. but might hurt your chest more unless you are using proper filters as roach.

yeah cos it contains tobacco which takes away essential vitamin c which your body needs to boost your immune system when you have cold/flu.
