Good question! It gets boring doesn't it? Don't people see that the question (or something very like it) has been asked before. When you start to type the question in, a box pops up and tells you that it's been asked before!

I'm not sure. The more familiar questions that I do run across are: "how do I delete my 360 account?"
And the answer is always, "you can't."
Then there are the usual Polls and Survey's, "how are you today?"

Yesterday ,Outlook express questions answered at least twelve same problem.
