Not by much. They are different products, particularly Mac OS X versus Windows, but the hardware parts they both run on are pretty similar. Even more so now that Macs run Intel processors. You might pay a bit more for the Mac, especially with cost cutting vendors like Dell, but I consider the integration of Mac OS X with the computer and all the design and engineering that went into a Mac to be worth it.
