your question is unclear...if you really mean what you appear to ask, then
concentration to first power = concentration
concentration to second power = (concentration)^2 (ie conc x conc)
concentration to third power = (concentration)^3 (ie conc x conc x conc) etc

However I suspect the answerer who replied in terms of logarithms may be correct, as what you may mean is
how do conc x10^1, conc x 10^2, conc x 10^3 etc relate to each other, and the answer is is given before...they differ by a factor of 10

It means concentration multiplied by 1, itself or itself twice
It usually appears in the rate equation:

rate = k[A]^a[B]^b[C]^c
