I want to pierce them, but my parents said no. They think I'll have a infection because she did. Would I get an infection too? Where's the best place to get your ears pierced in queens?

If done properly in a clean place your ears will not get infected. Avoid going to places like Wal-Mart, Target, and shopping malls, any place that uses a piercing gun. Those take longer to heal due to the nature of the piercing, it punctures a hole and pushes the tissue out of the way. Go to a piercing/tattoo parlor, you will pay a little more for the piercing but the needles they use will cut a little piece of tissue out thus leaving a cleaner hole that heals faster and with less discomfort.

Hurts for just a few minutes. As long as you use alcohol on them and turn them regularly, you should be fine. I had a bad infection when I was around 5 years of age. Had my ears pierced again when I was 16 and never had an infection since. I am now in my 40's. Make sure you put alcohol on your ears of you have trouble finding the opening and accidentally puncture the skin with an earring. All should be fine. Good Luck!

It Only Hurts When The Gun Goes in at first , And thats just a quick pain. And after it might sting for a bit but that will go away. You Can Get infections if you dont take care of your ears and cleaning them. I Have Got Ear infections 3 times in one ear and I had to wait for 3-4 month to get it repeirced. You Can Usually get your ears pierced at Claire's Or Ardene's Because Its Usually cheap( in Money ) And You Can Get Different Choice Of Earrings. Hope That Helps

I really wanted my ear's pierced when I was five so my parents took me to get them done. It didn't really hurt (although I did cry for some reason) but it can be sore because you have to turn them in your ear a couple of times a day to keep your ear from growing skin around the earring. You have to make sure you clean your ear and earring with rubbing alcohol to keep them clean before putting in an earring.

having a peirced ear is dangerous and can lead to infection but if you take care of them you'll be fine and it doesn't hurt a lot the pain starts to sink in between 2-10 minutes. If you have an Arndenes out in queen's go there

getting your ears pierced doesn't hurt.. it feels more like a sudden pinch, and then it's done.. although it will hurt if you get them infected and sometimes when you have to turn them at night it is sore..
you won't get an infection if you clean them like you are supposed to and wear quality earrings that don't bother your skin.
i got mine done at Claire's.. a lot of people go there for your first time.. i suggest going to a professional piercing place and make sure they are clean.. they will do a better job. good luck.

It just feels like a pinch and it's over quick. As for the infection, make sure you keep them clean. They should give you some kind of liquid stuff (peroxide I think) to put on your ears. Make sure you use it to prevent infection. GOOD LUCK!
