Multivitamins are good combined with exercise and a healthy diet. A typical multivitamin won't provide all the vitamins and minerals that you need for a certain day usually because it's not good for you to have too much of certain minerals, and of course doesn't provide protein, fat, and carbohydrate like food does. You can't just get away with eating french fries all day

It's not true that any multivitamin is better than none. Even the AMA has now published an article showing that synthetic vitamins are not bioavailable and might even be harmful. A multivitamin is necessary in today's world. Anyone who says otherwise, has not studied the data. However, you need a multivitamin that is made from food sources. These nutrients are more bioavailable so your money will go to good use.

Taking multivitamins is a good way to stay healthy. Most teenagers doesn't eat the kinds of food that contain the recommended daily vitamins. If your hair is becoming thin, you may have a medical condition that is causing it. Vitamins may not be the answer to that problem. See a doctor.

Dear friend, Mulitnational Pharmaceutical and health-food companies make Extremely tall claims about their vitamin supplements and the "high" quality standards. Do not waste thousands of rupees on such tablets. If at all you do feel the need to, go for SUPRADYN, whose contents are much better than amways, and much cheaper. Dont worry about the quality, since all accepted and proved formulations have to pass through quality-assessment tests.
about your hair, best thing would be to have a balanced diet, rich in high-quality proteins and vitamins. use only suitable, good quality hair products and apply coconut oil well atleast 2-3 nights/week.
and remember, dont jump onto such hyped, disturbing, highy misleading, tall-claiming nutritional supplements. The only intention behind such companies is sole profit, but they disguise their tactics under the cloak of apparently "genuine" concern.Much better and cheaper ones are available, talk to a qualified doctor and go ahead.

Eat all vegetables(not mushrooms or broccoli) available in the market well cooked without leaving any of them. Similarly consume all fruits without any restriction. Drink lots of milk and take curd in sufficient quantities with dinner and lunch. Walk under the sun for ten to fifteen minutes daily. Eat brown bread, unpolished rice and bran wheat flour. You don't need any multivitamin tablets if you take the above.

It is a common belief that Multivitamins are always beneficial for maintaining good health which is not. Rather they are harmful when taken at will without a doctor's advice. In India, due to on the counter sales of medicines without prescriptions, people end in medicine-abuse frequently.

Any vitamin is better than none. Drop one of your vitamins into a little bit of vinegar before you go to bed. Look at it in the morning. If it hasn't broken down then you need to find a new vitamin. A vitamin you're not digesting does you no good.
