t+7 = 4s
4s = t+7
s = (t + 7)/4

-7=t-4s
=> 4s=t+7
=> s=(t+7)/4

-7=t-4s
-7+4s=t (bring -4s over to the left, it becomes +4s)
4s=t+7 (bring -7 over to the right, it becomes +7)
s=(t+7)/4
(4s=4 x s, thus when you bring 4 over, it becomes divide by 4)
