You don't and here's why.

When you burn a song on a CD, then attempt to replace it, you end up DELETING the song that you burned and you ADD a new song to the CD. But the space on the CD where you deleted the first song is NOT recovered so that space is usable again. SORRY

It is best to plan your CD burning session to FILL the disk, then BURN at once and Close the Disk for further additions. When you CLOSE or Finalize the disk, it is more compatible to other CD players.

Good Luck and Happy Computing.

Phoebe, if you used a CD +R or a CD -R, you won't be able to replace the song. The only way to "re-use" the cd is if it was a CD RW. The type of CD can be found on the front of the CD. If you did happen to use a CD RW, then all you have to do is put the CD back in the burner, and repeat the process you used to burn it in the first place. Just make sure to replace the song before burning again.
Alternatively, if you used a CD +R or -R, and left the CD "open", you could add the song you wanted, but you won't be able to change the data you already burned.
Good luck.

you won't have the capacity to. If this is a re-writeable CD then you definately can erase the CD and write it back. Or in case you burned it as a consultation disk, then you definately can upload greater songs to it till this is finished.

There is no way to replace it...atleast not that I've found....Once that CD starts burning you're pretty much stuck with what you put in the list to go on it

You can't...unless the CD is a RW. (Re Writable)
If the you are using CD-RW disks, simply format the disk using any CD Burner program, and burn the new songs again.

If the CD is CD-R, you can't. If it's a CD-RW you can erase it and burn the whole thing again.

You have to recreate the CD on your computer and reburn the Cd, once you have burned a CD-R it can not be erased.

You'll need to burn another cd with it on it.

If it is a re-writable CD you can erase it and start over or some burn programs let you remove as selected.
If it is not a re-writable you can not remove it.
