First, you need to reserve your website name. You need to determine what type of magazine/business you are operating. Is this for profit, if so, you need a good business plan. Plus, if it is for profit, you need to register with your proper state agencies.
Continuing, you need to design the website. If you are thoroughly knowledgeable, you can do this yourself. If not, then you can hire a professional, or purchase web building software.
Further, if this is for profit or not, you need to get information about your website out there. You will need to determine the most effective way to do this for your particular type of product.
