My friend asked me about his new girlfriend and she is a total S**t.........what do you say?

Be honest, but do it nicely. Tell him you have heard some pretty bad things about her. That way, it kinda puts it on someone else and you have at least planted the seed.

I came through my college years being in this situation more times than I liked. If you're honest, chances are that your friend might get mad at you. On the other hand, if things don't work out between them and you then say that you had doubts abt this girl, he might say "Well why didn't you tell me earlier?"
Either way, its a tricky situation. You have to decide how good a friend this guy is to you. If he's a casual acquaintance, keep your mouth shut.
If he's your best friend and he's just casually dating her, again, keep your mouth shut. If he really loves her, express your doubts, but gently. Being diplomatic is the key.
And one more very important thing: You can't force your friend to do what you think is best for him. He has to make that choice. You can only offer your opinion. Just be there to listen and to support, no matter how it turns out. That's the best any friend can do.

it alway best to be honest, but some time, i learn to not say ay thing, for feelling easy hurt, an i find it alway , some how will turn on me

If you are correct in the knowledge she is a ho, tell him, at least in the future he'll know you tried.
