why i want to hide my name and email adrees because i already recive emails from people hide thier emails adr?

When you send to BBC (blind carbon copy) the name(s) you are sending to are hidden. The FROM (you) is always shown.

when you choose the name from the address book
then click on bbc
it will hide you name and address
