Any guy that says that is taking his life in his hands. For about 30 seconds she will be shocked, then she will come out of it and decide you were being helpful. Then sometime later maybe minutes maybe hours her mind will start racing w "does he think I am gross & fat". She will try to push the thought out of her head but it will just keep coming back around to it - he said I looked big so that means he thinks I am too big right, etc - until sooner or later she snaps and goes ballistic on you and there will be no defense for you. You will spend hours maybe weeks saying how not fat you think she is. Finally it will calm down if you survive the inital onslaught howver anticipate snide remarks from time to time about the time you told her she was fat!
And that my friend is the truth!

I kinda feel that most people who ask a person if they look fat, are looking for reassurance that they don't or fishing for compliments. But if you think about if you are asking a direct question, you should sort of expect an honest answer. I think if my fella said that I'd be fine, as long as he helped me to fine a better outfit! x

I may be a bit thrown at first but would appreciate his honesty for telling me the truth, so I did'nt go out looking like an elephant. If he was being truthfull and not just plain nasty I would change into something else!

Depends on how well I knew the guy if I didn't then I would tell him that I didn't appreciate his comment and that he needs to mind his own business as what I'm wearing shouldn't concern him. However if it was someone that I knew I would consider changing into something different

Unfortunately us girls expect our guy to tell us what we want to hear, even if we look like crap. However I'm one of few girls who knows when they look crap and don't bother asking. I can look in the mirror, be honest with myself and say Yechh!!!Also, I tell my hubby I want the truth and he tells me. 90% of women want it sugar coated.
Be honest, but be tactful. If her *** looks huge, just say 'It's not very flattering'. Then again, that doesn't sound great either does it?
Realistically, men can't win. It doesn't matter what you say. Just be yourself because us girls will find fault, no matter what. If she doesn't like it, then move on!

people need to be honest with one another. if someone got mad at you for saying that, tell them that you at least had the decency to tell em the truth. if i asked someone 'does this make me look fat?', i want to know IF IT MAKES ME LOOK FAT. tell em a real friend isn't gonna sugar coat the truth.

No problem, I would consider changing what I was wearing. I prefer honesty, and have no illusions about the size of my ***.
