Marriage is so different then being single. I didn't get married until I hit 40. My single days were fun, and I was very independent, but there were many times I felt lonely. Having a partner that you can TRUST, LOVE and share life with is awesome. I wouldn't change it for the world. We are not only husband and wife, but we are best friends too! I know it seems like its never going to happen for you, but trust me, there is ALWAYS SOMEONE OUT THERE FOR YOU! I WISH YOU THE BEST OF LUCK....... I excepted years ago, I was going to be single forever, but one day it just happened!! My life couldn't be more perfect. Yes we have our ups and downs, but that is part of life.. GOD BLESS AND AGAIN, GOOD LUCK!

I hope you find what you are looking for. Personally, my "40's" were some of my best years!
In my opinion, marriage is wonderful. We have been married for 34 years and are still happy. I am very fortunate, I took one look at my husband when we met and that was it for me!
I've never missed being single (although I had lots of fun). Sharing my life with someone who always puts my welfare before his own, has given me a true sense of peace. Going through life's ups and downs together has only strengthened our bond. Our children are all grown with families of their own, now we can sit back and enjoy our grandchildren.
Nothing is perfect, but marriage can be great. It takes love, respect, commitment, understanding, communication and lots of plain old work!
I wish you well, best of luck to you.

Gee, don't give up hope...
Married life is awesome - literally. There is totally nothing like having someone know you inside and out, with the love and fun getting better every year! Totally, neither of us wishes we were still single!

marriage is a sense of security my husband is my best friend we share everything i can be in the worst mood in the world where i feel like everything is falling apart and all he has to do is smile at me or hold me and the world looks so much better. i would never want to be single again. sometimes i have days that i just don't want to have to make any decisions or anything and he takes care of everything he is my strength when i am weak and my laughter when i am sad. he is the other half of me and together we are one.

Single life is much more stressful than married life. When you are single, you spend so much time trying to find someone and when you find someone, you spend so much time trying to get to know them and take things to the next level. Now that I am married, I still try to keep my wife happy but I can spend more time and energy on career and self improvement. I can relax which really lowers my stress level.

No, never. I am very happy to have a constant companion in my life. But I have a happy marriage. I think an UNhappy marriage is inferior in every way to being single.

i prefer being married. in fact i almost was single again, because hubby confessed to cheating, but i decided other than this one time indescretion which he admitted too which i probably never would have known, he was a good husband and father. and for thesake of my kids happpiness and my belief in God we can save this marriage.
there is nothing like ahaving a constant companion, someone you know will always be there to support you.

Lack of faith. Every thing in universe is circulating having some firm beliefs. You dont have faith on yourself what to say of others. You love a dog , response will be there. The only thing you must faith the dog and even more than dog you must have faith on your behaviour for dog...Then ..man is not so bad. You are going to get same thing, without any doubt, what you offer to this beautiful world. But be honest in your efforts.

Hell NO! I love being married, the partnership, the warmth, the security. I love it, I love my husband. He is the best guy in the whole world. Our life is quite full and interesting, the "excitement" of being single is overrated.
