If one employee gets fired for doing the same thing as another employee that doesn't get fired do they have legal rights?

Although the laws vary depending on what state you live and work in, nearly all states are "at-will" employment, which means that they do not have to have any reason to fire you or even give you a reason for letting you go (but if they cannot provide a good reason, you will be able to collect unemployment).

The only exception would be if you were treated differently than the other person (and could prove it) due to your sex, age (over 50), race, religion, national origin, sexual orientation, or disability (or pregnancy if you are a female). the in reality damage he's to blame for is the damage he did, the damage by technique of the dogs is your issue because the dogs won't be able to talk, he can shrink your hours at each and anytime for any reason and he can inform you to park 5 miles away or if he likes, even as existence is bigoted you made a large mistake getting you father in contact and also you are able to see why quickly.

yes but only if the circumstances are exactly the same...same job,years on the job,same sex etc..one cant be a supervisor and female and the other a flunky and a male etc..
