This is to introduce ---- as a new member in our family.

Well begin with a tea party or if u wanna go full swing--organise a party-its upto u--it cud b a smallish gathering and u cud just have tea and snacks and then the Whos who begins--its gotta b in a light vein--dont want the meeting to be a royal inquisition-light witty and fun-and let the existiing employees start off and then the new ones will take cue-

Depending on the workplace set up, either bring them to a meeting with the other employees or perhaps walk them around to people's cubicles/desks. Also think about the culture of the workplace and what the group would be most receptive of.

The new comer is respected in this regard. Always introduce the existing person to the new comer- This is our Asst Manager - Accounts, Mr. XYZ - and turning to the existing staff "This is Mr. ABC, newly joined us as "Chief Executive - Cleaning" and so on.
The important person is kept aside and the unimportant are to be relieved quickly.

arrange a get-together party and introduce each other... and have some fun team work game... so that they will no each other in playing it...
