That look was never cool. It is coming back from when people did it back in the 80s and 90s. People probably did it before then too. Only in rare occasions does it ever look good. I never understood why someone thought that would be a good thing to do.

popping collars is really just a thing that either works on u, or not. usually i like collars down, but there are a select few guys that kick *** with them popped! sounds as if ur friend isn't one of them! u should get a girl friend that u have to tell him to his face what she truthfully thinks!
