Well it differs from university to university on some of the specifics, however here is a list of some of thing you are going to need to do if you are going to study at an American medical school. I am going to use Harvard's medical school for an example because it is rank as one of the top (some say the top) in the US.

To see Harvard's academic requirements see: http://hms.harvard.edu/admissions/default.asp?page=requirements

Harvard's admissions policies are found here: http://hms.harvard.edu/admissions/default.asp?page=admissionspolicy

Harvard's admissions answers for foreign students: http://hms.harvard.edu/admissions/default.asp?page=admissions

Obtaining a student visa: http://travel.state.gov/visa/temp/types/types_1268.html

List of all US Medical Schools with links to the schools: http://www.imgi.net/comlisofmeds.html

I hope you find this all helpful.

Good Luck!!!
