First u should change your panties often dont use one for a long time and throw off every 3 months secondly if u have pimples in face it may also cause pimples in cervix, dandruff in head may also be a reason,if u have pain or itching contact your doc

you can't get pimples on your cervix. and it is already red. its the same type of skin as the inside of your cheek, so maybe cyst or canker type stuff but not pimples

could be lechin simplex of the vaginal area, a friend of mine went through that, and had to use some kind of cortisone cream or something---she said the pain and itch was awful, i really felt sorry for her> nor sure of the spelling
