In the history of Indian Railways,first time, such a dynamic approach towards solving problem is seen. prior to Shri Laloo Prasad many other rail ministers had tried to tackle this,
but did not succeed in delivering goods.it is only Laloo Prasad,
managed it successfully, that too without burdening public!
He never raised Railway fares! He really deserves a praise
for this!!

Mr. J.P. Narayan. But, he does not creates an activity in Bihar. He was the C.M. of Bihar. But, he use the self democreacy, in Bihar, When, He went to Jail, by the hon'ble suprime courts judges, He has been stands his wife Mrs. Rabri Devi, who's are not sufficint qualification in politices.
It is right that the Beharies are not like him. When he was C.M. of BIHAR, there is so many "BRAMIN "- upper class has been killd, by the Laloo's group.

In every election, Laloo Prasad using the musslepower, kidnaping & killed so many peoples. Now, in the help of Mrs
SONIA GANDHI( collaboration with congress party) He
is the RLY Minister, in every budget, for the security of rly passenger, he reased money from public more than 600 thousand crores money from the public. It is a matter of regreate, what security he has done for safty the public..?
I do think, He is not a good administrater.

In recent polling conducted by some magazine, he has been chosen as good administrator No :1. In my opinion,it is also the same as he is able to make the people feel that they; are benefited more by his administration of railway portfolio, than any others in the recent past.

What ever administrative talents he may possess,he could not make his home state a progressive one !!.Caesar's wife should be above suspicion and should not be named in fodder scam or assets disproportionate cases. Atleast a good administrator should not allow loss to the department by allowing inlaws to travel ticketless and purchase ticket only when caught !!

No doubt he is a good administrator.He know how to manage the knowledgeable people. The success of his railway portfolio is, he is giving free hand to the bureaucrats of the railways and following what ever they say.

He proved his abilities in bring the railways into a profit making,only bihar is not only a state in india.....all the major projects related to railways had been to bihar........He is a central minister,so he should equally distribute to other parts of india......all the best.

Yes - one of the best administrator by talent and will. Only thing, his hindi expression seems to be harsh because of the drawing of his birthplace.

I prefer him to be better administrator than many of the so called elite, who have taken for granted their supremacy just on the strength of their academic education.
The more certificates you have, the more humble you are expected to be, is my advice to these elites.

I dont believe that LPY is s good administrator, however he is good at making fool of indians
