What should we do to win world cup?

Nobody can say surely about our team! They do not play with consistency,except Mr.Rahul Dravid.Sachin is having a great records in his name.Unfortunately he is not able to play as per his own earlier day's standards. Moreover he insists to play in upper order.Recently if you look at his statistics, in majority of his innings he has filed, not only failed but due to his irresponsible batting other players in the team are experiencing lot of pressure. Poor Rahul has to rescue the inning from collapsing further. This is not fare on the part of Sachin .There could be various reasons with Sachin for not able to play, like, the Age, Injuries in elbow , Shoulder , operations etc.etc.
Saurav Ganguly is a good cricketer, he came in late nineties and have scored more than 10,000 runs before even he was omitted from team for full one year or so.India has won many series and titles under his captain ship.Let us hope that he plays good in this world-cup.His image was spoiled by playing dirty politics and not cricket.He should forget and forgive in the interest of cricket and India.
Anil Kumble is also aged and out dated nowadays.Instead of him.In place of Anil Kumble some young and promising cricketer should get chance.Harbhajan is a good bowler. He is useful with bat too. Still he can play for few years ..
Let us hope that in spite of problems ,our team will play unitedly as a team and win.

1. Remove all the non performing players. No influence; .
2. Indian cricket players should not be selected due to influence or money.
3. Indian cricket players mostly played nicely and performed well before World cup just to enter into the agreement into World Cup team. Now even if they dont play any matches they will get 100% payment
Hereafter most of them are not bothered about winning. It is not possible to win they know they cannot win due to obvious reasons.

4. All worn out players should be removed from the team.

5. Selection of cricket players should be based on merit/talent/performance.

6. The error is not with cricket players. When you select non talented players or worn out players they cannot play properly.

7. I very well knew that the present Indian team is not the best team but then I did not want to insult the players. But now everybody knows the Indian cricket team and Indian cricket players talents and merits.

8. Indian cricket players should not be kept in the team based on performance last year rather they should select based on performance during the last a few matches. .

9. There are crores of people all over India and there are one thousand Sachin type of players all over India.

10. Winning against Burmuda maybe easy but to winning against Sri Lanka Indians will have to play to 100%

11. 99.99% winning the World Cup is not possible due to improper selection of players.

12. Almost all the members of the Indian team should play well to perform well in all the matches Do all players have talent/merit to play well and perform in the World Cup - is a million dollar question. You can find the answer after the World Cup gets over.

13. Consistent winning is more important. Top teams are performing in each and every match. You will notice that top teams like Australia and South Africa are winning almost all matches against all the teams.

I presume that 'we' refers to India. A). We need to kick out players like Sehwag, Karthik, Yuvraj who are a liability. B). The players need to have the confidence themselves that they can win C). Pray that the wickets work in our favor D). Hope that Australia continue the bad bout of losses E). Penalise the Indian team for bad performance, like in any corporate, after all the team gets paid obscene salary + perks. F). We have good players.Individually they are very good. the need of the hour is to find out if there is any weakness on personal level. Correct the same . Before each match the team should prepare a game plan.stick on to it .each and every player should put their 100% efforts.Should play collectively as a team, forgetting individual greed for making records.In my opinion, if they play honestly as a team India,

We need to be mentally tough, If we want to win the world cup, our players will have to give their best without worrying about anything and that is going to be the main thing. Mental Toughness is gonna be the key to success, the ability to play under that pressure, yuvraj and dhoni are the best examples of their performance under pressure.

Our players should start doing meditation to keep their mind focussed, concentrated and the toughness needed to deliver in crunch times.

Our team is have only of the solid lineups in this worldcup, now its only the case of consistence performance under pressure, which things like meditation improves immensely. It also makes one confident of their ability, which is very much required to win the w cup.
