You can plug a 2nd mouse if your mouse has a USB which you can plug it to the usb port port, While the other one is connected to the mouse port.

You can also use 2 usb mouse which you can connect to 2 usb port.

Plug it in, if it is a USB mouse! You may run up to 128 USB devices. I run trackballs, optical mice, web cams, and printers on USB. There are adaptors for PS2 to USB devices.
Just bought a "Y" cable for $14.00 (including shipping). Converts keyboard and mouse from PS2 to USB.

You can run multiple monitors, on multi-Video cards.

Yes, in Windows, Macs, the 25+ *BSDs, and the 800+ GNU/Linux Distros.

If you have the open USB ports and the mouse is USB then it will work. If your mouse is PS/2 then you can only have one.

Just plug it if an open-port exists; I think it is possible for Windows to have both PS/2 and USB seemlessly just like Linux can; but both USB mice is no problem at all.
