From all appearances the Pig-nosed turtle is probably mostly aquatic like the soft-shell turtles here in the US. Chances are that if you set up an aquarium and provided basking places for the turtle and stocked the aquarium with gold fish and supplement the diet with Tetra Reptomin the turtle would do quite well.

NICE choice for a turtle!!!

I love those guys, 2nd only to my love of the sawback turtle.

Stay away from pellet turtle diets... not a good choice at all for these guys.

You are oing to want to go for raw veggies.
dandelion greens, spinich,
Fruits like apples and pears and grapes

And of course a meat source, feeder guppies or goldfish are going to be the easiest to find, but try and mix it up too
