Very few college QBs make it in the NFL. White is an example of playing for a great offensive system that doesn't translate very well to the NFL.
Take a look at all the Texas Tech QBs. they lead the nation almost every year in stats, but are never drafted into the NFL. It is because of the system that they play.

Because there's a big difference between dominating the NCAA game and then transitioning to the pro game. There's no horrible football team to put on your schedule to inflate your stats. Also, you can hide behind the successful system. Look at all the great stats that Florida QB's have had over the past fifteen years. How many of them are successful in the NFL today? Only one is even starting. And you all know his name: Rex Grossman.

Well the reason he is nothing now is because injury prevented him from ever making it to the NFL, which is probably also part of why he went so late. It was a risk if you draft him. So anyway though the games are different. Look at Vick. Most will admit he is overrated. Yet his game is great for the NCAA.

Nearly all NFL scouts agree that he is not a talented enough athlete to be a successful QB in the NFL. In particular, I believe that he is not fast enough to be able to avoid any kind of pass rush. He would look like Bledsoe, but slower and with a weaker arm. He looked good at Oklahoma because he played behind a dominant offensive line, not because he is a dominant QB.
