Maybe you computer clock is off time. As you should know, DST started earlier this year than in the past and likely your computer operating system has not been updated to address the date change. Go to wwp.greenwichmeantime.com for up to date accurate time.
It will be highly unlikely that the TV time will be wrong.

One of them (and I would suspect it would be the TV) hasn't updated to Daylight Savings time yet.

There is a variation in their net working systems which is from different timing zone.

Check for update at www.microsoft.com! The update for your computer is on their very first page. They anticipated everyone's grief.
