I rarely cry, almost never. So, it was rather unexpected when I cried (heck! choked with sobs) in a Greek(!) movie called "the Brides" produced by Scorsese actually. It was a drama, of course, very well played and beautifully directed. The cast was mostly Greek, except for the leading male role played by an English actor (I forget his name)

Life is Beautiful - the Italian movie starring Roberto Benini in which he won best actor.
I openly and completely bawled my eyes out probably because I was caught completely unawares. I was pissed off originally because Roberto Benini won best actor and because they weren't going to give two foreigners the best actor award they gave the female award to Gwyneth Paltrow for Shakespeare in Love (are you kidding??) and not to Aussie Cate Blanchett for her amazing portrayal in Elizabeth.
I also thought that Life is Beautiful, judging by the title would be soppy and stupid and waxing lyrical. And it really was over-hyped.
But it was absolutely and unbelievably amazing and about a subject matter I never would have suspected by the title.
I whole-heartedly recommend people watch it!!

Click. (starring Adam Sandler)
I almost cried.
But for the ones i know who watched it, they all cried at the ending part, including guys.
I thought that was suppose to be a comedy.

300, last night. When 1 of the Spartans sons was decapitated right in front of him and the way his face looked and the way he wept was heartbreaking. I was sobbing.

Yes, I am serious, that is so sad. I've seen that movie over 15 times (I own it), and it makes me cry everytime.
