I have a number of different hobbies - I also love to read and write, but I also love crafts including beading, quilling, cross stitch, tapestry and really making just about anything. I have always liked to have a wide variety of hobbies as I think I tend to get bored very easily so I like to be able to swap between different things. Today I have already written an article, made a bead necklace and done some cross stitch. Yesterday I did all of these plus some quilling. I also love learning new things (and answering people's questions;)

Building plastic Model Aircraft & Ships (US Navy, World War II to Current Day) is a hobby and a profession.
Building/operating model railroads is my hobby.
Photographing and writing articles on all of the above is a hobby of mine.
I also read Fiction and Historical novels, answer Yahoo! questions, and work as a stage-hand in various community theater productions.

I have three. First love is doing reenactments of battles and scenes from the American Civil War. Second is ham radio. Third is cooking.

Have several, favorite is Stained Glass, but also love lathe work, refinishing furniture, crocheting, gardening, soap making, candle making, baking. Rarely bored.

It used to be photography, then I started playing music with my family, and now I volunteer to tutor English to foreign students.
