I know it sound like a stupid question but - is your internet connection up and running? Then try highlighting all the tracks you wants the names to and click on 'Advanced' and 'Get CD track names'. If this doesn't do it it may be the CD isn't listed for some reason (maybe it's brand new), I've had this problem before and it's then a case of entering the track names manually. Right click on the track and select 'Get Info' and enter all the details under the 'Info' tab.

Just renme the tracks and the album name, iTunes may recognise it later.
