A good start would be to get a grip on illegal immigrants coming across the border and sucking our national resources dry. Illegals are responsible for the closing of Emergency Rooms across the nation, as they simply can't afford to keep treating them for nothing. They also drive up health care premiums for all working Americans.

The American health care system is fine. It is the lack of medical coverage for millions of people which is the real problem.

Only our esteemed congress can stop its slide if only they would get off their butts and pay attention to home land business. This war is slowly killing our country. We pay too much attention to it and not enough on business that concerns us all as Americans.
