Verify that in your clock settings you have selected to use Daylight Saving Time for your time zone.

The date to turn your clock ahead has changed so your pc doesn't know.

My pc automatically downloaded the update.

Since you're pc did not run your windows update.
Start button > Windows update

Or simple change the time by clicking on the clock

Double click the clock in system tray (bottom right), go to Time zone tab, select your time and check the Automatically adjust clock ..., and OK. You would need a Internet connection for this adjustment

check you CMOS battery on your motherboard. If that is good, then just open the date/time properties and there is a check box that says adjust date and time automatically.
