Most of the programming on BBCAmerica aired in the UK several years ago. They have many excellent programs, and a few silly ones, but it is a frustrating channel to watch because they keep changing the schedule so often. I liked "Bad Girls" about life in a woman's prison, and was totally amused by the series " At Home with the Braithwaites" about a woman who wins the Euro-Lottery.

I watch it whenever I can.

As for "best show", as always, that's the in the opinion of the viewer.

If you want to know favorites, then it's "Night Detective (UK title: 55 Degrees North)", "As Time Goes By", "Are You Being Served" (RIP John Inman [Mr. Wilberforce Humphries]), "Jonathan Creek", "The Avengers", "The Prisoner" (which will be shown all this coming week), "Doctor Who" (Now if only they'd start airing the Originals)

Hope that answers your question.
