If its caravan then its probably 12v dc. In which case then it will make Little difference for lights which way the positive and negative are (though only for gas filled lamps,, LED fitting are polarity conscious), not 100% sure what your getting at with the earth but, again if its 12vdc then its likely that the metal case of the fitting is earth and that is then bolted to the frame of the caravan again forming the earth in the same way as a car

For three way switching you need:

2 x 2 way light switches
1 x intermediate light switch.

Follow the link and that will have a drawing for intermediate switching

Its the bottom drawing shown, just remember to loop your neutral and earth though all the lamps you want to switch

ANF- if its DC its Positive and Negative, if its AC its live and neutral

The two wires are not a pos or a neg. One is the live from the switch and the other is the live return which is only live when the switch is on. So connect either one on any terminal. The earth though is most important and should be connected to the fitting. There should be a screw head terminal to fix it to.

Usually it doesn't matter which way the red (live) or black (neutral) go on a light fitting. Make sure it's earthed though!

in lighting 2 wires all you need earth to body (same as a car unless there is a seperate earth wire & earthing strap to ground van on site) hope you mean 3 way & not 3gang three different switch points . live & neutral same as always good luck be careful key to safety

Important information is required. Is it a Low Voltage d.c. lighting circuit or Mains Voltage a.c.?

What exactly do you mean by 3 Way?

Edit your question and I may be able to help.
