I am a male, tall and thin. what should I include more in my diet to gain weight and also build a well shaped body ?

firstly lots of carbohydrates and protein :) also try natural herbal muscle builds such as weider products or shakes from herbal shops around 10 pounds but last a month roughly, only know all this because myself and hubby go to gym regularly and looked into it all, but be patient can take months to see a difference good luck :)

Eat lots of carbs while exercising. Pasta stuff like spagetti. Pump some iron.
