depends on how many days after menstruation...before, is ok coz if u gt your period regularly, after 9 days of being unsafe, the next 9 days, you are safe...after that, you will get your period the following day or 2.
then, from the 1st day of your period, upto the 9th day, u r ok...then, same as i mentioned before...next is 9 days of being unsafe....then it follows...count like that every month...this is what im doing... (",)

after the menstruation i guess its safe after a period of days....search the web on what day does the egg leaves the ovarian follicle and on what day can this egg becomes fertilezed in the fallopian tube... i think its about 3-4 days then you can have sex again. If you have sex in those 3-4days the chances are very high to become pregnant

Here is some education for you: You can get pregnant at any time during the month, so ALWAYS use protection. However, you are most likely to get pregnant 14 days after the start of your period. (this is when you ovulate) But be careful because this could happen at anytime of the month due to some fluke!!

Yes, it's always safe to have sex before and after, but you do have a higher risk of pregnancy right before and especially right after... just make sure you use protection!! and don't do it during menstruating... it's just icky.

it is perfectly safe to have sex 3 days before and after mensuration . just keep your hygine clean

did you mean masturbation?
if you masturbate before having sex, you will probably feel not so willing to do it,cause your body wants to re-charge after masturbation.
i think you will have orgasm later than you experienced if you try to have sex after masturbation.
about birth control, it is still dangeous to have sex after masturbation and not safe.
