Plus how long does it take ? and do you need to study hard to pass ? Because I honestly do not have a time to study too much but 3 - 4 hours a day now is that enough or do I have to study harder than that?

Having more certifications helps specially when you're looking for a new job. The funny thing about these certifications exams is that you can pass without knowing anything about a computer at all. Just read the books for the exams. It's more of a memory test rather than a specialization test. If you can remember more of what you've read the more chance you have of passing the exam. The number of hours you should spend studying depends on how fast you can memorize what you've read and how much you actually know about the subject. Mind you, what you experience in real life concerning MS2003 server doesn't always hold true for the exam. The exam is more on what's written in the books (bookish) even if it doesn't happen in real life.

Finally, there are lots of E-Books for ms certification exams on the net. You can find sample tests and actual questions too. Google will help you out with finding this. You can find them at torrent sites too. Good Luck!!!

I took a very similar course with Microsoft - I took a technical help course in basic errors of Windows Xp and Microsoft Office. Sadly I agree I found it a waste of time and I knew most of the content already. However it is good to say you have the title when looking for jobs.
