Your question is very broad , Really it is largely different for all women . I am a strong believer in Self-fulfilling Prophecy , which is saying you get everything in life from your thoughts , intentions , personality , and actions . What is yore subconscious telling you ?In conclusion I am saying the problem is the "looking" that is the problem.

Someone who is generally decent, has a fun personality, and doesn't take life too seriously. Someone who makes me feel wanted and appreciated...and I'm not saying he has to kiss my azz all the time, just showing once in a while that he cares would be nice. Definitely has to be honest and respectful. That's probably number one on my list.

Looks or personality?
Looks wise I like a guy who is a bit taller then me, skinny, not tan, blue eyes, dark hair, some scruff on the face, piercings, tattoos, nice hands and nice back....
As for personality, dark and mysterious, yet emotionally available. Sweet, kind, thoughtful, funny, mischivious
