yeah my friend has one you have to install some program then on the psp theres somthing that says internet or something like that press that then go up to a comp it gives u like 2 options pick the strongest signal but if you scan a comp and it says wep u cant use that computer to get to the internet

Yes it can..but you have to insteall a program in it and you have to have a wireless connection.
It's not very hard to to.
I tried with mine but it's not worth it. It's a bit slow

yes it think it can if there is a wireless router present(not necessarily in your house)
