I wanted to know what files are being downloaded from websites to my computer by other people earlier on i.e. the files are already copied out from the hardware. I'm using Internet Explorer and all the Internet Temporary Files and History are deleted. Is there any log files or something to show what files have been downloaded to the computer before?

Go to all programs. Any new downloads should be in there, but if you want to see where others have been, you can't if history has been deleted.

there's a elementary question for you. an hassle-free way: you may no longer! > the person, if he/she knows, can delete all strains for downloaded records and browser navigation, merely deleting the records and delete the browser / abode windows historic previous. a complicate way: you may! (no longer one hundred% good) > merely seek for them, think of which you recognize that guy or woman replaced into on your laptop in an extremely day, merely seek for records changed/created in that rather day. off beam this might fail in the event that they delete the records and empty the recycle bin after acquire, yet you will see in the event that they deploy some thing because of the fact it is going to look those records interior the quest. a greater complicate way (one hundred% good) > use a Proxy Server, a Proxy is sort'a a gadget/application that each and each ask/question exterior your close by community has to bypass throught it, so, each internet site acess, each report, each link clicked it is going to save all interior the LOG, there are lots of proxies on the cyber web for all sort of working device, merely seek for some and spot what they could furnish you. wish it enables.

The easiest way is to go to Microsoft.com Go to updates page , after it checks your computer you will see on left hand side a list of options. Click on installed updates, it will show what has installed and any that didn't install successfully. It shows full list so you can keep clicking to go back further on bottom of page.
You can also by going to start, click on control panel, click add or remove programs, click on show updates.
I prefer the first method though because it gives description of updates.
Hope this helps.
