I live in the USA and my teacher beats my almost every day. And what's worse, I am not even doing anything wrong. I don't know why I keep getting all these beatings. He beats me with his cane. I'll just be sitting quietly in my seat doing my work and the next thing you know, he's done cracked me side the head with that cane of his.

No! Some states have corporal punishment, which just means using a paddle on them WITH parent permission. They get "swats" instead of serving detention or suspension.

not in the states OMG the student will report you for child abuse and you'll be registered as a child abuser and will never be able to teach in the states again
