Dear all,

We have several computers and all of them are not recognizing any USB Device both built in and External USB’s hub are not working.
Only a Software Dangle is working on one port.
Windows was formated and reinstalled but nothing changed

What do you suggests?

SORRY BUT I'VE CHECK THE BIOS AND IT WAS ON BUT STILL NOTHING IS WORKING!!!!!!!!!!!!

HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Check the BIOS settings, the USB ports maybe disabled there. I have incountered that problem before.

Hi,as in the answer before mine,check the Bios on your p.c.and see if your usb is switched on.Also,disable your Dongle for the time being,as this has probably installed its self from your wireless unit and would probably be better configured from your p.c. using the wireless wizard.Hope this helps a little.
