I've known it for a little while now, and that's why I'm opposed to it. I see nothing wrong with gender roles, given that gender is not a social construct (despite the lies feminists tell you).

When will YOU realize that you have no idea what you're talking about?
(Most of the rest of us have already come to that conclusion).
By the way, why do women have "whims and fancies," but men have "goals and desires?" Your language shows why the feminist movement is still necessary.

Sadly you're right, feminism is a joke. How on earth can a movement claim to want equality then only fight for the rights of one gender, be supported by one gender, and argue that there is a vast conspiracy against this particular gender, because the other gender hates them.
Masculism will probably end up the same.
Thankfully, most women realise that men and women need eachother, it's the way we are. We can't blame a whole group because of their chromosomes, we just need to work together.
...I think Mr King had the right idea...

I don't think that the core beliefs of most feminists are as such. I would say that misled and part-time feminism fits your description better. I've put in my time here on yahoo answers and read 'Ceasefire!: Why women and men must join forces to achieve true equality', and I now feel confident that I can spot this kind of rhetoric very quickly. The most powerful thing we as men can do is not date these kinds of women. The more mislead they are (unless they're hot), the more they'll be like Patty and Selma from the Simpsons.

You know it is just that type of attitude that drive women to feminism so if your going to blame someone blame yourself. When you say things like that about us how do you think we're going to react. We're certainly not going to applaud you and say what were we thinking, we're such idiots. However, that does not make me a feminist. I'm not, but I can understand why they feel driven to destroy those lines between men and women.

Actually it isnt about that. That happens only to the men who take responsibility. It is more about driving men and women apart and about pulling women back at large in the workforce, the way we see it in India or China. Thats right costs of living will just start to rize. Women will get their equality with men, the question is whose wages will be equalised to whos.

Men are now starting to realize this. They are speaking out. Feminists are running for cover. There *is* a god.
