No, i don't think that it is right for a man like Mr. Amitabh Bachchan to do a role as in Nishabd.
People treat him as a role model and no normal person can ever digest the fact that Mr. Bachchan plays a 60 year old man who is in love with an 18 year old!!
I mean, this is ridiculous!!
In Mr. Bachchan's point of view, he is just doing another hatke - type performace post Eklavya, but, for us viewers, Nishabd is not an ordinary movie!
It is a movie in which our role model is trying to woo an 18 year old! How could Mr. Bachchan even agree to do this kind of a role?
He is the ideal father, man and human being for us, then how can we even imagine him in this sort of role?
In short, it was not such a good decision for Mr. Bachchan to sign this film!
I'm sorry if i hurt anybody's feelings, but, i am just expressing my views.
Do you agree with me?

Amitabh is a versatile actor and experienced as well, so i think he is matured enough to understand whether the films script is ok or not, and also director rgv is well known, so i think they just trying to up hold the present senario of our society and there is no wrong of it, u can accept it as a bitter truth. If u think how does Amitabh do such a role, so i can only say in this that he desarve it, as a good actor only he can potray such character which rgv already have felt.Amitabh didn't trying to show anything he just have acted on this story. Now the question is what exactly the story want to show the society in this mirror, U can get ur answer easily, if u think what do u do with mirror? are not u groome ur self?

Fools are people of the society who think films are mirror of society what is point of being born as human if one cannot differentiate between real life and reel life.
How can a actor who does everything for money and fame can be role model of the country. Mr Amitabh bachan is a great actor and no actor can refuse such a challenging role. He is at age and stage where he is free to experiment with different roles and people views are least concerned to him.....By the way its just a film based on a fantasy story...don't you fantise!

Films of a perticular era reflect the socio-economic and cultural condition of the period. What Amitabh did in his role is a rarity and not very common in the society but it does happen . I think some times an actor does role to do something different to show his verstality. One more film starring Rajesh Khanna was made adecade back where his teenage adopted daughter was in love with him .But she did not know that he was his father . I think actor should be given freedom to do such roles sometimes but he should not be typed liked that .

Acting is profession of an Actor, he must be able to put himself in the character with right approach as Amitabh does in all movies. It is not the role it is the acting how actor has done it. It was a challanginal role, which could only be played by Superstar like Amitabh only.

no, it's not good for him to do this role.but he's an actor & that's what actors do, they act & they get payed for it & he's no role model of the country everyone as a different role model & if he is the true role model u won't feel he is doing right or wrong.u won't judge him through his films.u should judge him for who he is in a real life & i'm sure if they've produced this fil it can't be meaningless there will be some good values or moral or maybe he is trying to show old people now a days r adapted to the new generation & doing all sorts of things.

There's nothing like good or bad...
Its acting only and it is rgv's movie...
All the actors crave for a role in his movie...
Amitabh is not a fool...
And meanwhile this movie is not for all the audiences..
The target audience is mainly art people, old people and college students... i don think married people ll see this movie....
