Probably stuck in its throat somewhere!
Take that baby to a hospital right now! It needs immediate x-rays and may need surgery to remove the object!

If the baby swallowed a pin that was either a straight pin or an open safety pin, the baby could die. The sharp end of the pin could puncture a myriad of organs on it way through the digestive tract. More than likely it will become lodged somewhere, and/or the baby will develop peritonitis from the internal wounds.
Get off the computer and go to a doctor moron!!!

you really need to get that baby to the ER! because it's sharp it could be puncturing multiple holes as it tries to make it's way through the digestive system, or it got stuck somewhere. the cough would suggest it's stuck in the throat, and the fever is the body trying to fight off something foriegn or an infection, whatever the case is (since i'm not a doctor) you need to get the baby to the ER and get it taken out!! and from now on, keep pins and anything sharp AWAY FROM THE REACH OF CHILDREN!! they put that on the labels for a reason... what are you doing still on the computer!?

Oh god! I hope to have to never know this answer!!!!!
My best guess would be somewhere in the oesophagus but depending on if it was swallowed with food, maybe the stomach or intestines....I dont imagine it would make it out the other end in a hurry.....

Go the ER ASAP!! My guess would be either in the esophagus somewhere or in the intestine. Both are narrow passageways.

if hes not choking then his stomach and itll go through the intestines. and then the child will poop it out.
