use a polish the same color as the shoe

Try leather shoe dye then allow to dry away from any direct heat then polish the shoes with a good brand of polish to bring back the shine.

try rubbing with a banana skin! sounds a bit odd but it's a natural leather polish!

in the army we used leather shoe polish ..waxed and spit shined them daily .but thats in the army . get same color shoe polish as shoes
